A complete copper alloy mount of late Post-Medieval date. The mount is in the form of a fleur-de-lis - a stylized lily. Two countersunk rivet holes are present on the central longitudinal axis; one in the uppermost petal, the second in the stem. The reverse is flat and undecorated. The metal has a light patchy green patina and is worn. The mount is 47.9mm long, 30.4mm wide, 3.4mm thick and weighs 10.8g.

An incomplete copper alloy mount of Post-Medieval date. The mount is heart shaped with an inverted fleur-de-lis extending from the pointed end. On the reverse the remains of two longitudinally oriented rivets are present though both are broken and worn. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. A complete copper alloy dress hook of post-medieval date being trefoil in plan. The dress hook is of Reads Class E, Type 5. The main plate is an openwork trefoil knot design with a D-shaped section and an integral D-shape sectioned hook extending from the lower curved edge of the bottom loop of the knot. A ridged collar marks the join of the plate and hook possibly bearing a small human face. The main plate is convex with moulded relief decoration consisting of the black-letter sacred monogram IHS within a cabled border. A trapezoidal attachment loop projects from one edge and a D-sectioned hook extends from the opposite edge curving to terminate in a worn point where the tip of the hook is missing. Two fragments of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel of Post-Medieval date, circa AD 1700 - 1900. The fragments are rim sherds with a hard gritty grey fabric. Some small glistening inclusions are present within the fabric along with some ovate voids. The fragments are: 1. 42.3mm long, 26mm wide, 9.6mm thick and weighs 15.7g. 2. 44.5mm long, 28.1mm wide, 8.3mm thick and weighs 14.8g. Thanks are extended to Adam Parker, Collections Facilitator at The Yorkshire Museum, for assistance with the identification of this object.

A complete cast lead palm guard of post-medieval date. The palm guard is ovate in plan with a D-shaped cross section. The convex side has two circular depressions which may have a functional purpose to aid use of the object which may have been used to protect the palm from the force of using awls and punches in an industry such as leatherworking. The metal is a creamy-white colour and is worn. The object 90.2mm long, 57.4mm wide, 8.6mm thick and weighs 189g.

An incomplete cast cooper alloy hooked tag of post-medieval date. The hooked tag is of Reads Class A, Type 2 being oval in plan with three attachment knops and the rectangular attachment loop no longer remains. The upper surface is undecorated though traces of silvering remain and the reverse is flat and undecorated. The metal has a mid greenish-brown patina and is worn. The hooked tag is 32.2mm long, 29.1mm wide, 1.8mm thick and weighs 4.6g. A similar hooked tag is illustrated in Read, p.170, no.635.

A complete silver thimble of post-medieval date. The surface of the thimble is decorated with a series of regular, circular indentations though those on the top appear less regular. A narrow, plain band runs around the opening. A large inscribed letter "H" is present within a floral border above which is probably the owner's initial. There is also a smaller stamped maker's mark "SP". The bordered area is flanked by two bird-like figures. The inside of the thimble is undecorated. The thimble has been bent out of shape and a worn break is present at the opening.

A complete cast copper alloy mount dating to the post-medieval period. The mount is asymmetrical in style with a crude floral design at one end and a fleur des lis at the other. The reverse has two attachment spikes which secure a surviving piece of leather in place. The spikes are folded over in the same direction which is unusual for this type of mount as the spikes usually eith oppose or face each other. The object is in fairly good condition and has a light green patina. It measures 24.0mm (length), 11.1mm (width), 5.5mm (thickness and weighs 1.7g.
