This is probably a 'Coin of British Association' struck at Rome only for use in Britain - see D. R. Walker 'The Roman Coins' from Bath, p. 298, no. 299 ff. 74 coins of this type were found at Bath.

A Roman copper alloy Sestertius of Antonius Pius. The coin has been very badly worn down and has some loss around the edges resulting in a square shaped coin. The bust of the coin has been almost wiped away but a faint outline is still visible. Most likely a MONETA AVG reverse type featuring a central, standing figure. The letter "O" is still visible but the rest of the legend has been worn away. The obverse is very similar with only "[...] PIVS PP [...]" remaining on the legend.
