A cast copper alloy toggle fastener, 28mm in length, of later Iron Age to early Roman date (c 1st Century BC to 1st Century AD). The toggle has a rounded and bulbous central body, which tapers at either end into waisted sections before terminating in a pair of flaring discoidal terminals, each of which is around 14mm in diameter. The terminals have flat ends and have no apparent surface decoration. From one side of the central part of the toggle projects the stumps of a now broken attachment loop; between these projections is a shallow oval recess into the body of the toggle.

An incomplete post Medieval double loop copper alloy buckle with a decorated frame which has a pair of large openwork loops forming the front edge of each loop. The frame has three moulded lobes along each side, with the central lobe being at the junction of the (now lost) strap bar. The pin is missing. Circa mid 17th century.

An incomplete silver threepence of Charles I (1625-1649) dated 1644. Lis initial mark on obverse. Reverse has declaration in three lines in a compartment with a Shrewsbury plume flanked by small lis above and the date below. Struck at Oxford mint using an Aberystwyth obverse (possibly Rawlins') die. Cf North 2470 / Spink 2995.

A cylindrical cast copper alloy fragment, from the lower end of the shaft of a Post Medieval candlestick. The fragment comprises the angled collar (of 20mm diameter) and socket (of 13mm diameter) which was fixed into the basal tray. There are tool marks evident around the base rim.

A double looped cast copper alloy buckle of late Medieval to early Post Medieval date. The frame has concave sides and cusped corners. The front is decorated with bands of closely spaced incised zig-zag lines which run along each edge in a waveform pattern, with smaller rectangular patches of incised lines contained alternately along each side of the wave. The pin is missing.

A cast copper alloy openwork strap fitting / strap slide of Post Medieval date. The fitting is oval, with a quatrefoil or arcuate cruciform design, with arms radiating from a central pellet boss and pierced quarters between the arms. The external edge is moulded with unclear foliate forms with connect the expanded ends of the cross arms. The reverse is flat, with the remains of an integrally cast strap bar running across the long axis. Circa 16th-17th century.

An incomplete lead alloy Medieval pouch-shaped ampulla, 38mm in length. The obverse side of the flask body has a heraldic device of a heater shaped shield with a reverse bend and stars in the field; there may also be a crown above. The whole design is contained within a double-line border. The reverse of the flask body is moulded into a scallop shell design. There are stumps of suspension handles at the base of the neck. The neck itself is of sub rectangular cross section, 17mm wide and has damage to the rim.

Large copper alloy quatrefoil harness mount with later adaptations. The front is decorated with IHS incised in black letters, a religious inscription. The lettering is crudely (it appears very worn) scratched on with horizontal incised line hatching as infilling. The back is also decorated but this is not in the same style as the front and is likely to be part of the later alterations made to the item. Roman copper alloy bow brooch of T-shaped type and 1st to 2nd century AD date The brooch is near-complete, missing the pin and catch-plate and has a distorted bow (with a distorted length of 52.1mm, a distorted depth of 24.1mm and a weight of 13.3g).
