A clipped and worn copper alloy rose farthing of Charles I (1625-49), uncertain type (North, vol2, 1991, p. 165).
The obverse shows a very worn design of a crown with two sceptres in saltire through it.
The reverse is extremely worn, and a faint rose design is distinguishable.

A Post-Medieval copper alloy coin: a rose farthing of Charles I (AD 1625-1649), Type 1 dating from 1636 - 1644. Initial mark missing on a chip in the coin. It is 13.1mm in diameter and 0.8mm thick. It weighs 0.53g. See North (1975) Volume 2, page 140, no. 2289.

A pierced Charles I (1625-1649) silver half groat.
Fourth bust with King facing left with mark of value II behind within inner circle. The coin is pierced neatly just below the 'II' behind the king's head. Probably group D North 2256/7. The coin is heavily worn making it difficult to determine all of the details.
Obverse: Bust, f. left, 'II', CAROLUS D G [MAG BRI FR ET HIB REX]
Reverse: Oval garnished shield within inner circle. [IUSTITIA T] HRON [VM F] IRMAT
The coin is very worn in places, especially on the obverse, where the king's face is almost completely removed.
