A fragment of a silver denarius of Carausius (AD 286-93) (Reece Period 14), Reverse type EXPECTATE VEN(I), Britannia standing right, holding vertical sceptre, clasping hands of emperor standing left, holding vertical sceptre. Approximately 50% of the coin survives, the figure of the emperor can be seen, Britannia is missing. Sam Moorhead notes this is an unusual but probably official style. The diameter is 18.06 mm, the thickness is 1.3 mm, weight is 0.97g

An incomplete and very corroded copper alloy Roman coin, possible radiate, dating to c. AD 260 - 296. Uncertain ruler; obverse shows a bearded, curarised bust with a possible radiate crown, reverse shows a standing figure with raised left arm. The coin is broken with a jagged break running across the entire flan, approximately 40% of the coin is missing. Diameter 19 mm, thickness 1 mm and weight 1.2 g.
