A Post Medieval cast copper alloy decorative mount, c.AD 1550-1700. This mount has a flat, acorn-shaped plate. The design is simply executed with only a pair of moulded lines running across the plate indicating the top of the cupule. The reverse is flat with a pair of integrally cast hooked attachment rivets.

Post Medieval-Modern cast copper alloy mount, c.AD 1700-1900. This is a decorative mount, possibly for a furniture fitting, that was sub-circular in plan and triangular in section. The mount is cast into the shape of a rayed or petalled motif, with a single attachment hole running through the mount from the obverse to the reverse face. The reverse is flat, with the face sloping into the hole, and bears no decorative motifs or makers' marks.

A Late medieval to Post Medieval, copper alloy mount or stud with two integral spikse dating c. AD 1450-1700. The mount is a lozenge shape in plan albeit with two projecting triangular knops extending from the most acute corners. The front of the mount has a floral moulded decoration in high relief, the finer details of which are not visible due to wear and corrosion. A near complete copper alloy belt mount dating to the Post Medieval period (c. AD 1600-1700). The mount takes the shape of an elongated triangle with two equal sides and one shorter on which is slightly rounded. A small projecting D-shaped knop extends from the apex of the curved edge.  It is rectangular in cross section and is slightly convex on its upper surface.  The upper surface has traces of gilding possibly originally in a floral pattern but this is now too worn to determine. The reverse of the mount is flat with integral pointed lugs attached…

An incomplete copper-alloy belt mount or strap fitting of Post-Medieval date (c. AD 1500-1700).  The fitting comprises an openwork plate based on a fleur-de-lis design pierced with two holes (c. 2.8mm diameter).  The surface has two horizontal lines below the rounded holes. The reverse of the fitting is flat with two projecting lugs bent towards at 90 degrees the right (seen from the back) both are circular in cross section (2.1mm diameter) they extend 3.7mm from the back of the mount.  The mount is a reddish brown green colour. An complete cast copper-alloy artefact, possibly a mount of Medieval date, perhaps earlier. The original artefact is assumed to have been either annular or penannular; around three-quarters now survives. It is crescent-shaped in plan and triangular in section, the front being bevelled. A complete copper-alloy strap fitting or belt mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The fitting comprises a flat D-sectioned plate with a bilobate terminal at one end and a pointed sub-triangular terminal at the other. The mid-section is waisted.  The reverse of the fitting is flat and undecorated with two integral attachment spikes, one at either end, with curing tips. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The fitting is 23.3mm long, 15.1mm wide, 6.2mm thick and weighs 1.5g. A complete copper-alloy Roman vessel mount dating to the 2nd-3rd Century. It is broadly rectangular and roughly semi-circular in cross section. The mount depicts a female head with stylised features,with a headdress or helmet.  At the base of the face there is drapery decorated with incised grooves.
