Possibly a silver plated contemporary copy of a siliqua of the House of Valentinian, VOT V MVLT X, Rome, RIC IX c.f. 10. This record is reconstructed by the National Finds Adviser from the original record (but not from the image which is not accessible). Original Record: Uncertain fourth century copper alloy coin. Silvered/plated surface survives in some parts. Possibly a core of plated siliqua rather than a nummus. Part of site assemblage from Kirton-in-Lindsey area (see attached image no 11)
