An incomplete cast copper-alloy vessel lid of Roman date (c.AD 200-400). The object has two regions a mostly flat flat of copper alloy sheet and a raised mount. The sheet is in its current state D-shaped with the straight edge being bent inwards and possibly having  an originally curved surface. All the egdes are ragged and may not represent the original surface. At the apex of the D-shape sheet the sheet has an oval concave depression on the opposite surface to the moulded work. A cast copper alloy Early Medieval stirrup terminal dating to circa AD 950-1100. The terminal is hollowed with a convex front face and concave reverse. It is rendered in the form of a styled animal foot consisting of a flat D-shaped base with evenly spaced trilobite projecting knops emerging from the front of the flat base. A complete copper alloy ring of a dark brown colour. The darker colouring may be due to waterlogged condition of the soil, and there are areas of wear and chipping where the green colouring of copper alloy are visible. The object is annular with a D-shaped cross section; it has a flat interior and a convex exterior. The centre has two groove. There is one groove at the top and bottom of the ring. A post medieval copper alloy strap mount. The object has a pointed trefoil teminal, with an undecorated triangular plate that has two curvilinear shapes flaring from th main body (lys or lis). The bottom of plate is rectangular in shape, emerging from the centre. The reverse is flat with two integrally cast fixing rivets. A complete Roman cast copper-alloy 2 piece Aesica type brooch dating to the 2nd century AD.   The brooch is made of 2 pieces, the first being a bow that is riveted onto a flat plate. A near complete Roman, copper alloy rear hook Aesica brooch dating to the middle of the 1st century AD 50-75. The brooch is only missing its sprung pin mechanism.
