A post medieval silver coin. The coin is very abraded on both faces possibly deliberately. There is a crease along one side suggesting the coin was possibly used as a 'love token'. A flat-topped shield can be faintly seen on the reverse, from this and the size of the coin it is probable it is a threepence of Elizabeth 1 (AD 1553 - 1603) Diameter 17 mm, thickness 0.7 mm, weight 0.5 g

Description: An incomplete silver cufflink of the ‘Crown and Heart’ type, dating to the Post-Medieval period (c.AD1662-1700). The cufflink comprises two discs with downturned edges that terminate in an out-turned flange. The face of each disc is decorated in counter-relief with a crown above two hearts on a stippled field. The hollow reverses have traces of solder and markings indicating possible attachment points perhaps linking the two discs. A complete knapped, ground and polished axe / axehead of probable Neolithic date (2900-2100 BC). The axe is knapped from a dark grey / black fine grained igneous rock most probably volcanic tuff. This rock type is formed from compressed volcanic ash and has a fine grained composition with infrequent crystalline inclusions. Cast copper alloy Post Medieval belt fitting. It is S-shaped and is decorated in the form of a snake. It has a head at one end with the tail at the narrower end. A cast copper alloy strap fitting dating to the Post Medieval period, c.AD1550-1600. The fitting is S-shaped in plan with the object narrowing at each end with swan head terminals. The strap fitting is slightly flattened at the midpoint and decorated with leaves projecting from the middle band on each side. An example illustrated in Read (2008, 230: no.825) is dated to the mid-16th century, and is from sword-belt.

A complete lead weight or gaming piece, inset with glass, from the Early Medieval (Anglo-Scandinavian) period (AD850-1000). It is conical in shape with a wider base. The diameter is 11.35mm at the top and 13.58mm at the bottom. The top has a domed stone set in which is a dark blue.
