An incomplete copper-alloy candle-holder of Late Medieval to Post Medieval dating, c.AD 1475-1600. The candle holder is incomplete, the cup and half the shaft surviving with the lower shaft lost to a worn break. A complete Medieval copper alloy casket key dating to c. AD 1150-1450. The bow of the key is circular with an oval cross section and internal diameter of 5.18mm. The solid stem is sub-rectangular in cross section, extending from the base of the bow and terminating in a projecting pin beyond the bit. A complete Medieval cast silver-gilt finger ring, of stirrup style, and dating to c.AD.1150-1500. Description: The object is stirrup shaped, with a sub-circular hoop rising to a triangular bezel. In cross-section the hoop is D-shaped and is uninscribed. The bezel has an integrally cast silver boss, in place and in imitation of a gem setting.
