Lower Palaeolithic flint scraper  dating c. 500,000-300,000 years ago. The object is fairly large  and irregular in plan, with a wedge-shaped cross section, 48.72mm thick at its widest point. It  has been worked across most of its surface with hard hammer flakes, with one convex lateral edge further modified with semi-abrupt retouch flakes to form a scraping edge that measures 15.48mm thick. The tool has a light reddish brown patina. Possibly Lower Paleolithic Mode 2 scraper, similar to Butler's figure 23, number 3 (page 65).

A silver penny of King Coenwulf of Mercia dating to the Early Medieval period (c. AD 796-821) struck by Seberht at Canterbury. An incomplete, bent copper alloy Iron Age one-piece brooch;  La Tene 1 , dating from circa 350-250 BC. One piece brooch with a  strongly arched bow with a plano convex cross section. The brooch has a loosely wound spring with a mock-spring hingefoot has a catch-plate that curves back upon itself towards the bow, with a transverse moulded collar and a  disc- shaped terminal lobe. A complete copper alloy Toggle of Late Iron Age to Early Roman date (50 BC- AD 100). The body is baluster-shaped, the centre of the object is composed of two rounded expansions with a groove between, which taper before expanding into two discoidal terminals. A loop extends vertically upwards from the upper portions of the object, straddling the two central mouldings. This loop is of circular section and extends to a rounded, sub-rectangular form.

Complete Medieval (c. 1150-1450) gillded copper alloy  stirrup-shaped finger-ring  with  a clasped-hand or 'fede' decoration on the band. A incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy toy gun (petronel) with expanded stock and long barrel dating from AD1600-1640. The gun is decorated with four ring-and-dot motifs on both sides. The rectangular trigger guard is broken and missing. This gun is an Egan and Forsyth's Type 2 dated 1600-1640 (Egan and Forsyth, 2005, Toys, Trifles and Trinkets, Museum of London, page 92). A similar petronels on the database are DOR-3A823A and WREX-558BB3.
