This perforation is now filled with organic material. A longitudinal joins runs down one side, where the surface overlaps. A cast lead sub-discoid possible weight or ingot, of unknown date, AD 43 - 1900. It is circular with ngled sides and an uneven sloping top face. The reverse has a concavity in the centre where the lead has contracted while cooling. There are no obvious marks. The mass does not fit into any standard systems of weight meaurement.
