A fragment of an Anglo-Scandinavian cast copper strap-end (cf. Thomas Class E, Type 4) made from a single plate of cast copper alloy. The rear end has broken off. The body of the object is tongue-shaped and decorated with a complex double-stranded insular Borre style ‘vertebral ring-chain’ interlace motif. The reverse is undecorated.

A fragment of a copper-alloy Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) strap end of Thomas Class E, Type 1 dating to the period c. AD 1000 - 1100. It would have comprised of an open-work design, but all that remains is the attachment end. The attachment plate retains three entrally positioned rivet holes. A complete cast copper alloy early medieval (Anglo Saxon) strap end (cf. Thomas Class A2h). The plate is narrow and oval, waisted to a flared rear end which is characteristically split but incomplete having  broken across the rivet holes on the edge. The front of the plate is decorated with cross hatching or lattice decoration within a linear border. The terminal is zoomorphic, although now too worn for much detail to be visible.

A complete copper-alloy strap end of of Early Medieval dating (AD 750 - 1100). An early medieval copper alloy zoomorphic strap end of Anglo Scandinavian 'Urnes' style dating to c.AD 850-1100, most likely Thomas' Class G. The object is sub-rectangular in plan. One end is wedge-shaped with a split end, the other is a trapezoidal terminal containing a trapezoidal aperture. The object has a larger trapezoidal aperture towards the centre of the object. Almost complete late Anglo-Saxon strap-end of Thomas Class E, type 1, with openwork relief decoration on both faces. The terminal end is missing, yet symmetrical. The attachment end is rectangular, split to hold the strap, and retains the rusty remains of an iron rivet at either corner.
