All of the stops on the obverse and the one on the reverse are single large annulets. Die axis is 3 o'clock. Weight is 1.08g, diameter is 19.1mm.

A medieval silver hammered coin; a penny of Edward III, Florin coinage (AD 1344 - 1351), Durham mint, reverse type 4, with a lombardic M and a crozier. North number 1127 - 1124. The coin is worn and most of the legends are illegible. The measurements are: Diameter 16.8mm, width of metal 0.1mm, width of coin as slightly bent 1.1mm, weight 0.68g. The flan is slightly bent and there is a small crack.
