An incomplete Post Medieval silver three pence of Anne (AD 1702-1714). Maundy set dating to AD 1713 (Spink 3599). London mint. Spink (2000: 336). The coin has been pierced from the obverse to the reverse behind the bust. Coin has also been bent backwards at a diagonal just below the bust. The coin measures roughly 18mm in diameter.

The coin has been pierced twice at both 11 and 12 o'clock on the obverse. The two holes indicate that this coin was possibly made into either a love token or a charm for a bracelet. Diameter: 16.9 mm Thickness: 0.9 mm Weight: 1.2 g

A silver threepence of Queen Ann. There is a hole in the coin indicating that this coin has been made into either a love token or a charm for a bracelet. The hole has been stamped through the coin (on the reverse below the number '3' and on the obverse just above the head). The hole is too close to the edge and has damaged the edge.
