Probably a copper-alloy radiate of Carausius (AD 286-93). unclear standing figure. Mint unclear. The bust is unclear and a radiate crown not certain.
It was originally suggested that this was a copper-alloy nummus possibly of Constantine I dating to the period AD 307 - 318 (Reece Period 16). Possibly IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG NN reverse type depicting Jupiter facing holding Victory, eagle at feet. Mint uncertain.
