A possible lead-alloy or high lead copper-alloy probable contemporary copy of a Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to the period AD 317-318 (Reece period 16). SOLI INVIC-TO COMITI revere type depicting Sol standing right, head turned left, raising right hand and holding globe in left. Prototype of the Mint of Trier. Cf. RIC VII, p. 176, no. 165.
The coin has a pale white/cream patination, which suggests a high lead content.
Measurements: 19.23mm in diameter, 1.73mm thick and 2.82g in weight.
