An intact copper-alloy Roman teret ring, of probable Roman dating (43 - 100 AD). It has a dark grey-green patina (90%), with patches of red-brown (10%), which is probable iron staining. On one side of the circular rein fitting, there is a relatively thick, sub-cylindrical protrusion, which likely functioned as the attachment between the horse's harness, and the teret ring. It has no discernible decoration, except four raised lines, running horizontally down its two longest edges and meeting at the the ring. A worn copper-alloy probable contemporary copy of a Roman nummus of the House of Constantine (AD 307-361), dating to AD 355-361 (Reece period 17). FEL TEMP REPARATIO reverse type depicting a soldier spearing a barbarian who has fallen from a horse (fallen horseman). Possibly mint of Lyon. The surface has significantly flaked away on the obverse, so that only the top and back of the head can be seen.

An incomplete copper-alloy medieval harness pendant with suspension mount. The pendant is shaped like an eagle, wings folded and head turned left, although is now heavily corroded obscuring much of the details. A suspension loop projects from the apex of the bird's head, positioned at a right-angle to it. In the centre is a horse standing, an almond shaped eye is present on its head, the mane has been kept short and muscles are defined in its legs. The tail is curved back. A bent and incomplete Medieval gilded copper alloy horse harness mount of 13th-14th century date. The mount comprises a narrow arm with three square bosses decorated with incised cross hatching, separated by sections with trapezoidal cross section. The terminal is round with a single rivet hole at the centre and a pointed terminal lobe. The other end has a stump of a flat T-shaped plate which appears to have broken across a pair of rivet holes.
