Post Medieval contemporary forgery of a third coinage fourth head Laurel or 20 Shilling of James I. Mintmark spur rowel. The surface's gold coating has largely been lost and the metals (largely fairly poor gade silver) beneath somewhat eroded. It is, however, surprisingly legible. Dates of original coin from c1619 to c1620 AD, suggested date range for the copy c1619 to c1625 AD. Diameter 37mm, weight 5.69g. Obverse inscription: IACOBVS D G:MA[G B]RIT FRA ET HIB[B?]RN REX Reverse inscription: [FAC]IAM/EOS[I]N/GE[NTE]M/VN[AM]/
