An incomplete silver Medieval coin; a broken cut half penny probably of Stephen (AD 1135 - 1154), probably Watford type dating from AD 1136 - 1145, mint and moneyer unknown. One sitraight edge of the coin looks to have been cut; the other is broken along a fold or bend. The reverse type is a cross moline with a fleur in each angle. The obverse is almost illegible. The coin is 11.7mm long, 11.3mm wide and 0.6mm thick. 0.5g. Compare North (1994) Volume 1, number 873 on page 203.
