A silver cut halfpenny of voided short-cross type. The crude execution of the bust, along with the misspelling of 'Henricus', indicate that this is probably a Class 4 coin; the moneyer is Willelm or variant; the mint is unclear, but the final two letters are probably 'WI'. Overall, the evidence points to this being a Class 4a-4b coin of Richard I or John, minted by Willelm at Norwich.
The coin is worn in places. It measures 17mm in diameter, 0.3mm thick and weighs 0.44g.
