A medieval silver coin: a cut half penny of Stephen (AD 1135 - 1154), probably Awbridge type dating from AD 1154 - 1158. It was issued by Ricard at the London mint. See North number 881. The coin is 19.1mm long, 10.8mm wide and 1mm thick. 0.72g.

A Medieval silver coin; a cut half penny of Stephen (1135 - 1154), mint and moneyer unknown. The coin is chipped. This coin has been recorded at the request of the finder from details provided on the Early Medieval Corpus of Coin Finds and has not been studied by the FLO. It is recorded as EMC number 2012.0105. An incomplete silver Medieval coin; a broken cut half penny probably of Stephen (AD 1135 - 1154), probably Watford type dating from AD 1136 - 1145, mint and moneyer unknown. One sitraight edge of the coin looks to have been cut; the other is broken along a fold or bend. The reverse type is a cross moline with a fleur in each angle. The obverse is almost illegible. The coin is 11.7mm long, 11.3mm wide and 0.6mm thick. 0.5g. Compare North (1994) Volume 1, number 873 on page 203.

An incomplete Medieval silver cut halfpenny coin of Stephen (AD 1135-1154), Awbridge type dating to AD 1154-1158. North (1994) number 881 (BMC type vii). Uncertain moneyer, mint probably Northampton or Norwich. The coin is 18.8mm long, 9.1mm wide, 1.0mm thick and weighs 0.68g. It has been cut along the line of the reverse cross.
