A silver hammered coin dating from the Medieval period: a cut halfpenny of Henry III (1216-1272) struck by the moneyer Philip at either Northampton or Exeter in 1248. Class 2(a), North 985/1. It is 16.2mm long, 8.2mm wide and 0.7mm thick, and weighs 0.54g.

The coin is 17.7mm long, 9.2mm wide and 0.6mm thick. It is fairly worn. It weighs 0.6g. For reference see North number 985 – 986.
