A silver cut half penny of Henry III (1216-1272). The coin is worn abraded and incomplete. It is now somewhat difficult to read. From what can be seen it is thought it was struck / minted at Lincoln between 1247 and 1250 - which corresponds with Long Cross coin classes 2a - 3c (II a - IIIa-c).
