A medieval silver short cross cut halfpenny Henry II, short cross coinage (c.1180-1247AD), North 963, short cross class1b (c.1180-1189). Minted at Northampton by Simvnd. It is cut along the lines of the voided short cross, roughly cutting the obverse 7-1 o'clock. The reverse has standard quatrifoils in the quarters however the 4th of one is not properly formed. Measurements: 17.76mm long (orignal Diameter), 9.04mm wide, 1.26mm thick and 0.78g in weight.

Cut is not even across the lines of the long cross and seems to be aligned across the obverse rather than the reverse, thus the half of the coin that is missing corresponds to the bottom half of the obverse. Detail is sharp. measurements: 17.62mm long, 9.71mm wide, 0.98mm thick and 0.73g in weight.
