A complete, pewter, Token of Elizabeth I (AD 1558 - AD 1603), possibly dating to the period AD 1574 - AD 1600. Reverse shows a crowned shield, with possible lion rampant, flanked by a pillar topped with a trefoil design on either side of the shield, there is possibly floral spray around the outside of the decoration but this is unclear. The Obverse is difficult to make out due to wear. The legends are illegible. Possible 'Lyon' Series. Possibly North vol 2, p 140, no 2064.
Diameter: 19.3 mm
Thickness: 1.9 mm
