The last part of the legend on the obverse: 'GINNA', and corresponding part of the legend on the reverse: 'SVI/DE', and the fleur dividing it, are double-struck. This has caused an additional N to be incorporated into the obverse legend so that it reads 'GINNA', but this is clearly a double-striking rather than an alternative spelling.

The reverse contains the remnants of a long cross over a royal shield, with evidence of fleur-de-lis and three lions.
