A worn copper-alloy farthing of George I (AD1714-1727) dating to AD1717-1724. The obverse shows an unclear laureate and cuirassed bust right. Obverse legend reads G[EOR]GIVS/[REX.]. Reverse is almost completely illegible, an extremely unclear Britannia seated left. Reverse legend is illegible. Die axis is 6 o'clock. Weight is 2.67g, diameter is 22.0mm, thickness is 1.2mm.
