A pierced silver fourpence of WIlliam and Mary, from the 'Maundy set', dated '1689'. The coin is slightly worn and corroded. It measures 19mm in diameter, 0.6mm thick and weighs 1.72g. The piercing is located at the necks of the king and queen.
