A silver coin; a penny of Edward III (1327 – 1377), Pre-Treaty coinage (1351 – 1361) probably series D (1352 – 1353). The coin is badly struck, possibly double struck, and the obverse is very unclear. One side has certainly been struck twice in slightly different positions.
