A copper halfpenny of William & Mary (1688-1694). The coin is heavily worn and just the barest outline of the conjoined busts of William and Mary right. The reverse, were it not for the wear to this coin, depicted Britannia seated left, holding branch and spear. The coin is heavily eroded with a dark green/brown patina.

A William III halfpenny, (1694-1702) heavily corroded and beyond full description but with sufficient detail to identify. The obverse had the laureate bust right and the reverse would have depicted Britannia seated left. A copper halfpenny of William & Mary (1688-1694). The coin has the conjoined busts of William and Mary right and the reverse, were it not for the wear to this coin, would depict Britannia seated left, holding branch and spear. The coin is heavily eroded and only the merest outline of the conjoined bust identifies the coin.

A William & Mary halfpenny, (1688-1694). The obverse has the conjoined busts of William and Mary right and the reverse depicts Britannia seated left’ holding branch and spear. The date should read 1694, the only year of issue for the copper alloy halfpenny.  The coin is heavily worn and fritted at the rim, it has a mottled dark green patina.

This is a post medieval copper alloy halfpenny of William III (1694-1702). The coin bears the portrait bust left on the obverse and should have Britannia on the reverse, however, the reverse is now heavily eroded and only the date 1697 remains.
