Silver halfpenny of Edward IV? (1461-1483) Very worn so cannot be sure of the ruler, but looks like an open crown with four contained arches below side-fleurs, and the outline of the hair looks like the ‘brush’ hair of Henry VIII, referred to in Withers (2004), p.40, but it can also be seen on the light coinage of Edward IV, First Reign, c.1464-70 in Withers (2004), p.23, Fig.3c.
