A medieval silver halfpenny of Henry VI (first reign, AD 1422-1461), dating to AD 1422-1427. Obverse with facing bust with annulets either side of neck. Reverse with long cross pattée, three pellets in each quadrant, annulets in two quarters. The flan has a slight fold on one quarter of the rim. Diameter 12.89mm, 0.2mm thick, weight - 0.3gm. Annulet Issue. Calais Mint. Withers & Withers (2003: 44) type A.2, North (1991: 75), no. 1435.

A silver long cross halfpenny of Richard II c. 1377 - 1399 AD. The coin is probably from the intermediate type II with Lombardic N's on the reverse. The obverse has the crowned facing bust with double saltire stops and an imprint of the long cross through portrait. The reverse with Long cross pattée with trefoil of pellets in angles, legend around. Diameter - 14.18mm, thickness - 0.27mm, weight 0.4gm. The coin is struck on a misshapen flan with some rim damage/fritting and clipping. Possibly Withers type 3d/ North: 1332a (type III).

A hammered silver half penny of Edward IV, (first reign - 1461 - 70 AD. The obverse has the portrait bust facing. The reverse has the long cross with three pellets to each quadrant and a sun initial mark in one quadrant, possibly dating the coin to 1465-6. The coin is from the London mint.
The coin has an overall silver tarnish look with some clipping and a miss-shaped flan.
