A copper-alloy Roman radiate of Numerian (AD 282-284), dating to the period c.AD 283-284 (Reece period 14). SECVRIT AVG reverse type depicting Securitas standing left, leaning on column and hand raised to head. Probably Mint of Ticinum. As RIC V.2, p. 199, no. 450.
Scratches on the obverse face of the coin look like initials however this may also be due to wear.
