Probably PROVIDENTIA AVG reverse type depicting Providentia, draped, standing left, holding want in right hand and sceptre in left hand. Mint of Rome. Compare RIC IV Volusian 202 (http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.4.vo.202). The object is 20.4mm in diameter, 1.9mm thick and weighs 2.87g.
