It is just possible that it is Felicitas standing left with caduceus and cornucopiae. Mint unclear. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

Reverse: PAX AVGGG, Pax standing left holding vertical sceptre and branch in upraised right hand. C.f RIC vol. V, p. 550, no. 1, Shiel (1980) p. 8, nos. 9-11. This coin is the third of this type to be recorded by the Portable Antiquities Scheme (see NMS-EBB3 and BUC-158958 for the other two examples). In his 1980 paper Shiel recorded a total of 17 specimens, suggesting that this series was part of a special issue of radiates designed specifically to associate Carausius with the…
