A complete copper-alloy corroded core of a plated contemporary copy of a silver denarius of Faustina I (died AD 141). Obverse: (DIVA AVG) [FAVSTINA; Draped bust right. Reverse: [AETERNITAS]; Throne, against which rests sceptre; in front, peacock. Prototype mint of Rome AD 141-161 Reece Period 7). RIC III, p. 70, cf. no. 353. (The obverse legend is not recorded for this coin in RIC. It means that it was taken from another coin of Faustina.)
