This coin has been pierced at 3 o'clock on the obverse. The piercing is circular.
This is probably a Coin of British Association as noted by Walker in his report on the coins from Sacred Spring at Bath (Walker pp. 295 & 299).

Roman coin: Copper alloy dupondius or as of uncertain emperor. The obverse depicts a right facing bust, the reverse a left facing seated figure.
The coin has a diameter of 28.4mm, is 3.14mm thick and weighs 10.48 grams. It has a dull mid-green patina. The surface is worn and corroded. The edge of the coin has been damaged.
