The legend translates as STRUGGLE AND ARISE which is the motto of Zeeland.

A copper-alloy Dutch duit coin, issued by the State of Utrecht, dating to 1786 AD. STAD [U]TRECHT 1786 inscription on obverse with the Arms of Utrecht (two lions supporting a shield) on the reverse. The coin has a green-white patina and is worn, however the obverse is legible. Diameter 21.2mm, width 20.8; thickness 1.2mm; weight 2.11g. SUR-DC04D8, SUR-48DF67 and PUBLIC-E25A93 are similar finds on the database.
