A copper alloy post medieval Nuremburg jeton of the rechenmeister type from an anonymous issuer. This example is not directly paralleled by any in Mitchiner, but is very similar to examples on p.415. Jetons such as this were used in financial calculations as is shown on this example, where the rechenmeister (accountant) is using the jetons in his calculations and entering the results in the accounts book.

A copper alloy 'ship penny' jetton by the Nuremburg master Hans Schultes II 1586-1603. It has been pierced near one edge, presumably for reuse as a pendant.
