A copper-alloy uniface coin weight. The weight is sub-square in plan. The upper surface bears a stamped fleur-de-lis within a circular border. The surfaces are slightly corroded. It measures 14.5mm long, 13.5mm wide and 2.5mm thick. It weighs 2.59g. According to Withers (1995: 33), such weights are French or British and were made from the florin coin, which circulated in Europe between c. 1350 and 1550.

Probable Post Medieval cast lead uniface token. The token carries a stylised design of a spread-eagled bird looking right. The reverse is plain. This is a Scottish hammered silver twenty pence of Charles I (1625-49). As an example of the third (Falconer) Scottish coinage issue, the date may be refined to 1637-1642. The obverse has the crowned bust left with 'xx' in the field behind the bust and a pellet on the inner circle. The reverse has a crown over a thistle. The coin is in very poor condition with a small square section piercing through the bust with two radial cracks from that point. The rim is further degraded by clipping and split at the 08:30 position.

Copper alloy counterstamped coin. The coin is highly corroded and no part of the original design is visible. It is counterstamped VIII with a small H or M above and the second and third II appear to be interupted by a circular counterstamp. It is probably a 8 maravedis of Felipe III (1598-1621) of Spain, but countermarked later under Felipe IV's reign (1621-1665) as an 8 maravedis 'resellado' which means 'resealed' or 'restruck'. The upper surface is decorated with a moulded animal, possibly a dog or a lion, advancing right. The animal has a long curved tail and one foot appears to be raised to just below the mouth. The reverse of the object is flat and undecorated. The object could have been used for a wide range of functions including as a gaming piece.

Circular lead token, the face is decorated with a crowned fleur-de-lis in between the letters I R, the reverse is plain. Tokens baring a crowned fleur-de-lis were used as coin weights from the reign of Henry VI for the noble, half noble and quarter noble. Although most are manufactured in copper alloy there is one example made of lead (Biggs 1990, 72).
