Post Medieval trade weight of Charles I, 18mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The weight has outward sloping sides and has a raised border 1mm wide on its upper surface. The weight is stamped with the London Guildhall mark (Sword) and the Founders Company mark (Ewer) and contains the Royal cipher of Charles. There is an uncertain mark to the right of the sword.

Cast lead token dating to the Post-Medieval period, (1500-1700). The object is circular in plan and 17.82mm in diameter. The upper surface is decorated with a moulded animal, possibly a dog or a lion, advancing right. The animal has a long curved tail and one foot appears to be raised to just below the mouth. The reverse of the object is flat and undecorated. The object could have been used for a wide range of functions including as a gaming piece.

A post-medieval lead alloy token dated 1599. One face carries the date within a cartouche, bordered at top and bottom by a cross-hatched pattern. The other face has the initials W S P arranged in an inverted triangle. It is 10.3mm in diameter and 1.8mm thick. It weighs 0.86gm. The token is smaller than most examples.

Token of John Alstrop Senior. John Alstrop Senior lived and worked in Gainsborough. On the 28th June 1627 he married Ann Cooke and on the 17th May 1637 his wife and their son, also called John, were baptised. His son grew up to be a haberdasher, and tokens bearing his name are sometimes found. John Alstrop senior was buried on the 26th August 1670.
