A cast copper-alloy token. These types of tokens are very difficult to date because there are so many different types, some of which (like this one) have no real identifying features. This token is almost square 14.27mm x 12.81mm. It measures 4.13mm in thickness. The obverse of the token is chamfered on one of the shorter sides. Each corner of the token has been decorated with a circular punched indentation. The reverse of the token is flat and also has the four punched indentations (one in each corner). A round coin weight from circa 1632-1649, for a 10 shilling angel, made of brass. Round coin weights were introduced by Charles I as the new official coin weight, after he banned square weights. These types of coin weight were produced in large quantities. The obverse depicts a crown, under the crown are the letters X and S on two lines. The X is flanked by a dot on either side, the S in flanked by one dot to the left. 2004 T397 Two coins of William III, both dated 1697. Found together. Both coins are issues of King William III and date to 1697. One is a shilling, made at the Chester mint, and the other is a sixpence from London. As official silver coins of England, they would have been made to the established sterling standard of 92.5% fine metal, so, in terms of metal content, they would certainly be potential Treasure. A copper alloy bullion weight for silver coinage. The weight is flat and circular. On one surface it has the markings D X and some sort of motif in a rectangular shallow, depression (on three lines). Set at a die axis measurement of 6 on the reverse of the weight are the marks D X and what appears to be a rampant lion in a shallow depression (on three lines). Faint file marks can be seen on both surfaces. A flat and square copper alloy coin weight. Much of the detail has been removed though wear and corrosion. The reverse of the weight appears to have the letters II // S (on two lines) and depicts a crowned capital letter I. These markings indicate that this weight dates from the reign of James I (AD 1612-19). It was used to weigh Unites of James’ revalued 2nd coinage. The surface of the weight is pitted and is a dark brownish-green colour.

A cast lead token. The token is flat and almost circular. The obverse of the token is illegible, apart from the letters VIC[----] which have been stamped backwards around the edge of the token. The reverse is blank, but there is a depression on the surface of the token. The lead has gone a dark brownish-grey colour. Judging by the lettering style this token probably dates from between circa 1700 – 1900 AD.

The coin weights obverse surface depicts a ship with a letter H in the left hand field, at the side of the mast. The H is for Henricus. i.e. Henry. The reverse appears to be blank. This type of coin weight usually dates from the 16th - 17th centuries from Germany or the Low Counties. Those without a reverse (like this one) are generally German. The weight is in good condition, with a slightly pitted, dark brownish-red surface.

A cast lead token. The token is flat and circular. The obverse of the token depicts a crude outline of a man's head. He has an eye, a nose, a mouth and hair. In his mouth is a pipe, which he is smoking. Smoke can be seen raising from the bowl of the pipe. The reverse depicts what looks like the outline of a man sat on a two wheeled cart, holding a bottle with a barrel in front of him. The lead has gone a mid brownish-grey colour. Due to a lack of excavated examples these tokens can only be loosely dated from between circa 1600 – 1850 AD.
