A large fragment of a late Iron Age to early Roman (c. 100 BC to 100 AD) finger ring, cast in the shape of a human male wearing a bovine headdress. The band of the ring is missing, and the worn break edges suggest this was lost in antiquity. The underside of the ring is concave with a smooth surface finish, confirming this to be a finger ring rather than a vessel fitting (which based on other examples would be smooth or hollowed out rather than concave). An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy pot leg dating c. 1200-1700. The leg is D-shape in cross-section with relatively straight sides that extend to a rounded terminal. The lower half of the front surface is decorated with moulded vertical grooves and ridges that are all very worn. The patination on the surfaces is primarily light brown in colour with small patches of dark brown in places. The vessel leg measures 46.1mm long, 22.6mm wide and 13.3 mm thick. It weighs 62.15 grams.

The obverse depicts an ‘I’ (Powell type 2 or 8). The reverse depicts an ‘S’ with a circular pellet at its centre (Powell type 2). The entire objects has a mid-grey patina. It measures 20mm in diameter, 2.8mm thick and weighs 5.20 grams.
