A complete gilded copper-alloy early-medieval (early Anglo-Saxon) mount, perhaps from a shield-boss apex, possibly from a horse's harness. It consists of a circular copper-alloy plate with a raised beaded border around the outside of the outer face and raised chip-carved Style II zoomorphic interlace decoration in the centre, with a central circular recess on the front and two concentric recessed circles around it. A complete copper alloy zoomorphic decorative pouring spout or laver, probably from an ewer of the Late Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1400 - AD 1500. This artefact has an integrally cast angular dog's head terminal with a tubular spout extending out from the dog's open sub lozenge-shaped mouth (internal diameter of spout: 6.5mm), the tube is gripped by the jaws of the dog. Copper alloy probable purse bar fragment. A cast D-section bar with a double collar separating bar from a small pointed ridged and possibly zoomorphic terminal (cf. Williams Class A), and with a U-shaped drilled loop projecting from its flat side. If the identification were sustained this would have been an unusually light and dainty purse. An incomplete copper-alloy early medieval (late Anglo-Saxon) stirrup terminal. The object is an elongated, tubular shape, C-shaped in cross-section with an open concave reverse and zoomorphic moulding on the outer face and sides. The centre of the lower end of the outer face projects downwards culminating in a rounded point representing the snout of an animal. Copper alloy possible buckle fragment, as kindly suggested by the finder. A small cast loop with a markedly projecting lip in the zoomorphic form of a pointed beast head with prominent sub-triangular eyes or ears upstanding on top and with a grooved or hollowed underside; the putative strap bar is absent. The reddish tint of the metal is a feature often associated with Anglo-Scandinavian metalwork. Copper alloy brooch fragment. The lower part of the bow of a great square-headed brooch, in two joining fragments extending from below a putative mid-bow moulding [lost]. The uppermost part bears opposed sub-triangular lappets occupied by Salin style I decoration with a rectangular panel between them. The top of the rectangular panel is marked by a horizontal rib in relief with close-spaced cuts across it. An incomplete copper-alloy medieval vessel  lug. The zoomorphic terminal has with two wide slanting grooves for ears, two vertical grooves for eyes, a V-shaped groove on either side for the open mouth, and a moulded groove running around the top to form an up-turned nose. A hole runs right through along the long axis from the back of the head to the open mouth, and this contains part of a rectilinear handle. Object is a complete copper alloy seal matrix of Medieval date (approx 1200-1400). The seal matrix is circular in shape. The obverse features a central motif of a bird holding a branch? head facing its wing (possibly a dove or an eagle) set within a beaded border. The legend around the circumference reads X SIGILLVM AMORIS meaning Seal of Love. The reverse is undecorated, is flat save for a slight central, vertical ridge which results in a complete suspension loop. A post-medieval copper-alloy zoomorphic knife end cap, dating to c.AD 1500 - 1600. The cap has an oval base from which project two animal (dogs) heads facing away from each other. They are separated by a deep central groove (bifurcated). The dogs are simply decorated with sunken eyes and moulded snouts.
