A cast copper alloy strap end, possibly of early medieval date, with a moulded zoomorphic terminal (c. AD 900 - 1400). The strap end has a narrow, tapering plate, split to accommodate the strap and with a single rivet centrally placed at the rounded attachment edge still in situ. The upper surface of the plate appears to have incised decoration, now very abraded and indistinct, possibly a series of lozenges and lines. A complete cast copper alloy zoomorphic strap fitting or belt hook, dating to the post medieval period (c. AD 1550 - 1700). The fitting is S shaped and oval in cross-section. Moulded animal head terminals (possibly dragons, serpents or avians) are present at either end, curving in opposite directions. A complete medieval copper alloy mount from an altar cross, a product of the Limoges industry of Central France (c. AD 1100 - 1300). This was a major centre of production for enamelled metalwork, particularly ecclesiastical pieces from the late 12th to mid 14th centuries. The mount is the shape of the letter T turned on its side, and is the left arm of the cross. An incomplete copper alloy early medieval (Anglo-Saxon) cruciform bow brooch (c. AD 420 - 475). The head has an integrally cast half-round top knop. The head plate is sub-rectangular and has no wings or side-knops. The bow is deeply curved with a concave back surface, creating a V-shaped cross section. A series of incised lines separate the bow from the head and foot. A Roman copper-alloy finger ring with intaglio, dating to c.AD 200 - 300. The ring fits Henig Type VIII and Guiraud type 3a. The ring band is slightly squashed giving it an oval appearance, it is D-shaped in section. The ring bezel is oval with raised sides which house the complete pale blue glass intaglio, the intaglio is of Romano-British imitiation with a jumbled design. The bezel is attached to the hoop by projecting triangular shaped shoulders which taper towards the hoop.  Height: 22.7 mm Width: 22.5 mm Thickness: 4.9 mm Weight: 3.91 g

A late Anglo-Saxon copper alloy openwork strap end formed from a folded sheet of copper alloy (c. AD 900 - 1100). The sides are parallel, the open (riveted) end is rectangular, the fold end abruptly narrows to two hinge strips, creating a blunt tongue-shape. The rear plate is undecorated and has two 1 mm drilled rivet holes with counterparts on the front plate. The front plate has openwork decoration reminiscent of the Winchester style (Thomas class E , dated 10th - 11th Century).
