Cast copper alloy Early Medieval pin. It is Middle Saxon in date (AD720-850). Length 27mm, width of head 10mm, diameter of shaft 2.1mm, weight 3.51g. The head is biconical and is decorated with punched holes. There is a slight trace of a collar where the head meets the shaft. The shaft is circular but most of it is missing. The object is covered with mid green corrosion.

Early Medieval (Middle Saxon AD750-820) cast copper alloy pin. The head is polyhedral i.e. cuboid with the coins cut off, thereby creating thirteen visible faces. The head is decorated; each of the smaller faces having one ring-and-dot motif. The two larger faces each have four ring-and-dot motifs. The head is separated from the stem by a moulded collar, a characteristic feature on Middle Saxon pins. The incomplete shaft is circular in section. The pin has a length of 33mm, the head has a width of 9.5mm, the stem a diameter of 2mm. The weight is 2.45g.

A fragment of a possible early Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch for which no published parallel could be found. The fragment consists of a large oval shaped solid full round knob with a smaller circular top knop projecting from its top. This knob is unusual and is decorated with two transverse grooves across its centre. A fragment of an early medieval brooch, either a cruciform or small long in type. A fragment of the lower head and upper bow, measuring 27.60mm in surviving length and 16.74mm in surviving width. The bow has transverse grooves at its top and there are two longitudinal parallel grooves down its centre. It is D-shaped in section. There is an incomplete pin loop on the back face with the remains of a corroded iron adhering to it, presumably from the iron pin.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch, fragment of a cast copper alloy florid cruciform brooch. The surviving section of the brooch is part of the foot plate. There is a flat square panel with a sub-rectangular lappet on the left hand side and a moulded half rounded pannel below. The lapet is decorated with style 1 animal ornamentation. The reverse of the fragment contains a wide and incomplete catchplate. The breaks are worn. The brooch has a dark green-black patina.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch fragment. Bow from a cruciform brooch, but could also have come from a square-headed brooch. It is approximately rectangular, 29.89mm in length and 17mm wide. It weighs 9.14g. It is curved to a bow shape, and is domed with a longitudinal ridge down the centre, giving way to a flatter profile where it forms the base of the central panel. The metal shows signs of having been in a fire, which suggests that it may have come from a cremation .

Small animal-head terminal from a cruciform brooch. The whole object is 24mm long, 8mm wide and 4mm thick. It has a flat back with lngitudinal central groove. The snout has a longways central ridge and the two eyes are raised either side. The tip of the snout does not flare, but is shown by transverse banding, and then a flaring flat chisel-like tip.
