An incomplete cast copper alloy pin of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. 720-c. 850). The pin head is sub-spherical in form with fourteen spiralling grooves on the side. At the apex there are two grooves forming a cross. Immediately below the head is a small collar dividing the head from the shaft. The shaft is circular in cross-section and beneath the collar it has a diameter of 1.6mm. It tapers towards the break where the diameter is 1.0mm. An incomplete metal bow brooch of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date c. 45-c. 550). The brooch is cross-shaped with the top of the bow in the form of a stylised facing human head. The head and the foot as well as the ends of the wings terminate with a flat roundel. There is a fifth rounder forming the end of the enlarged nose. At the front, the lower part of the bow is ribbed horizontally to form six grooves. Viewing the brooch from the side, the pin-lug is ‘D’-shaped and the catch-plate is sub-rectangular. A complete cast copper alloy probable mount of possible Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. 800-c. 900). In plan, the mount has parallel sides and rounded ends. It is convex with moulded decoration at the front and largely concave at the rear. At the front it has a circumferential rim within which there are three distinct panels. An almost complete cast copper alloy sword pommel of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. 410- c. 720). The pommel is a 'cocked hat' type. It is broadly rectangular in plan, with slightly bowed longer edges. The two shorter edges are abraded and each retains the remains of a flat semi-circular lug that enabled the pommel to be secured to the pommel bar by means of rivets. An incomplete cast copper alloy pin of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. 720-c. 850). The pin has a globular head with a diameter of 6.1mm and a depth of 5.7mm. Immediately below the head there is a narrow collar. The shaft is circular in cross-section (diameter: 1.6mm). The pin has a pitted mid-green patina and small areas of copper alloy corrosion. The break on the shaft is old. There is no indication of decoration or surface treatment. Length: 25.8mm; diameter: 6.1mm; weight: 1.54g. It is possible that this pin can be dated to the Middle Saxon period.

An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. 1000-c. 1200). The buckle has a sub-oval frame with an integral plate split at the attachment end to accommodate a strap or girdle. The outside edge is in the form of an elongated knop. A circular hole for the pin is centrally placed close to the frame. This has a diameter of 3.4mm. The attachment end is damaged and broken. The breaks are old. The head is broken around the edges, flat at the front and flat at the rear. The bow is strongly arched as viewed form the side.
