A complete Iron Age Continental Gallo-Belgic Xb gold quarter-stater (Sills Class 3), dating to c. 200-100 BC. The coin is of globular form with a rough depression on the reverse with a thin bar across the centre. The attribution of this coin is unknown, suggestions including the Parisii and Senones, the Suessiones and Carnutes, and even the Cimbri and Teutoni (J.
