A pair of tweezers made from a single sheet of copper alloy, probably dating from the Roman to early Anglo-Saxon period. The tweezers have no decoration on either arm, which are flat and elongated and flare outwards at the pincer end. The interned nibs often seen on tweezers of this date are not present but these may have snapped off as they are quite fragile. The tweezers have a large loop at the apex, the size of which may suggest that they were suspended on a hoop as part of a toilet or cosmetic set, again common practice during this period.

A blue glass bead, probably Roman or Anglo-Saxon in origin. The bead has a D-shaped cross section and is sub-circular in plan. There is an off-centre hole through the middle and multiple lines around the outer circumference of the bead, although this appears to be a result of the manufacturing process rather than intentional decoration.
